We accept all major Florida plans
Ascend Rx works with all major Florida-network insurance plans, with a focus on Medicare Advantage. Delivery is always free. If a medication costs more than you expected, call us — our pharmacists can talk with your doctor about lower-cost alternatives, and we can tell you about assistance programs you may qualify for.
Questions we hear often
Do I need to tell my doctor I'm switching?
No. We handle the transfer with your current pharmacy. Your doctor can keep sending prescriptions the same way — we'll let them know where to send them.
How much does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free anywhere we serve in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.
How fast will I get my medication?
Most prescriptions arrive at the door within 24 hours. If something is urgent, tell us when you call and we will do everything we can to get it to you the same day.
What about medications that need to stay cold?
We handle refrigerated medications regularly and pack them so they stay at the right temperature on the way to you.
Can I still pick up in person?
Yes. You are welcome to pick up at our Doral location during business hours. Call ahead so we can have your prescription ready.
What if I'm traveling or away from home?
Call us before you go. We can often fill early or arrange delivery to where you'll be.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Our team answers the phone in English and Spanish, and we print prescription labels in the language you prefer.
